CORE El Centro’s mission is to enhance the health and wellness of our community by offering integrative natural health services focused on empowerment, healing, safety and reducing barriers to access.
We are the only agency in Milwaukee providing the following unique combination of health services to address significant health disparities in our city:
- Holistic natural therapies such as Reiki, acupuncture, and massage that compliment Western medical treatments for disease, pain, trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues
- Health Navigation for clinic patients accessing natural therapies for the first time and making a wellness plan
- Adult, children, and family-oriented health and wellness education and fitness classes to manage and prevent medical and mental health concerns
- Community outreach and leadership projects to impact social determinants of health such as crime and environmental health.
